mYongHong is the newest mscarlet variant - photostability wise it seems great in fish but it does seem prone to aggregate - it’s a single point mutant from mScarlet3 so easy to directly compare for tagging the same ECM protein I guess @meera-sundaram.bsky.social ? Would love to hear how it looks!

mStayGold is amazing - all three monomeric versions seem great with the Japanese version the brightest in our hands in our tests in zebrafish - I know several groups are testing it in worms but I haven’t heard anything specific yet
