Michela is a doctoral researcher in Law at the University of Westminster, with a background in tourism and trade union activism.
For FUTOURWORK, she's exploring how to strengthen workersβ protections and make legal information more accessible.

WP2 will develop transformative tools for the industry.
These include a Wellbeing Index and an interactive benchmarking platform allowing tourism and hospitality organisations to assess their workersβ wellbeing and compare with others. π

How do tourism and hospitality workers experience wellbeing β especially those in precarious or platform-based roles?
That's what Work Package 2 (WP2) of FUTOURWORK sets out to answer. π
Led by Babes-Bolyai University, the team is co-creating a robust new way to measure wellbeing.
They will also complete a literature review, publish an academic article, and build an evolving reference database for partners and future researchers.
