I would never say to get rid of the service. There are people who really do need it, and anyone who says that the corporate sector would for some reason become angels of salvation is a fool. Just ask anyone who used to ride the bus regularly on less-traveled routes.

But demanding no change is silly

Let's face it. 90% of people might get a handful of actual letters per year any more. Otherwise it is a junk mail delivery service.

In my region (and many others) it is almost unseen having a CanPost package delivery. They decided they didn't want that business which exists and is actually growing.
