“But y’all decided bullying trans people was more important than sensible energy policy.”
As a trans woman, I find this tone deaf and offensive.

At work, vendors are horrible, but I just tell them to correct my name, and if they ignore me, I send LinkedIn mail to the highest-ranking people I can find at their company.

My biggest remaining issues are the DNC and utility companies. I got ActBlue! to update my name, but there's no way for them to inform candidates, so I just tell them to pack sand.
The utilities took my name over the phone, but I have to go to a skeevy part of town to prove my name was changed.
