The contents of the journal cover repurposed into a portable gouache kit

I repurposed an old Hobonichi Techo cover into an ultra-portable gouache travel kit. It holds a tiny watercolor sketchbook, mini palette, water bottle, water brush pen, pencil, black ink pen, and clip. Attempting 100 tiny paintings in a year (challenge by artist Leslie Stroz).

I finally got around to photographing one of my favorite projects from 2024: the Lewsky hood by Kiyomi and Sachiko Burgin from their book, Moon + Turtle. Such a great pattern. 🐑
