Tired of shallow AI-in-testing stuff?
This guy goes deep π₯
Karthik KK was my first mentor in automation. His YT & Udemy courses taught me the real stuff.
Now heβs coming LIVE w/ #ShiftSync by Tricentis ! π₯

Big News! Iβm incredibly excited to share that Iβll be leading a tutorial at EuroSTAR Conference 2025.
It is one of the most prestigious forums in the world of software testing.

Let the council guide you.

The council goes to work.
What you get back is gold:
β
Fresh Ideas
π Gaps & blind spots
π οΈ Detailed Plans
A 24/7 advisory board for your brain.
This isnβt just smartβitβs ancient wisdom, upgraded.
Akbar had his Navratnas.
Youβve got your LLMs.
Old strategy.
New tools.
Massive leverage.
Each LLM brings unique strengthsβ
One's a code genius.
Another's a creative spark.
Another spots flaws like a devilβs advocate.
Together?
They become your Council of LLMs.
How it works:
You bring a basic idea.
You craft a solid prompt:
β What
β How
β With context, examples, and goals.
The smartest leaders in history never made decisions alone.
π Kings had councils.
ποΈ Governments have expert panels.
π§ Why? Diverse minds = better outcomes.
Now imagine having your own council...
But instead of people, itβs made up of the worldβs best AI models.
And judgment requires context, nuance, and ownership.
Responsibility and testing are two sides of the same coin.
You canβt outsource one without weakening the other.
Autonomy without accountability?
Thatβs irresponsibility.
AI agents should empower, not replace.
Thoughts?
My take on AI agents (especially in testing):
Not every problem needs a fully autonomous system.
Sometimes, what you really need⦠is a smart assistant, not a decision-maker.
Testing is one of those problems.
The human must remain in the loop.
Why? Because testing is judgment.
And judgment...
1/2
Guess who?
Breaking things with care,
Seeking flaws in hidden trails,
Finding the truth behind the code.

Thanks Rahul. If anyone wants to make their work more #accessible read my guide

Learning accessibility not just helped me for my testing purposes.
It also helps me to make my work more accessible . readable . clear . credible
Accessibility is a life skill. π€

See you at the #ShiftSync Tricentis webinar π
Week 1 was filled with some amazing submissions and discussions. π

β’ Staying in the Comfort Zone: Growth happens when you push beyond whatβs familiar β donβt be afraid to challenge yourself.
β’ Ignoring Trends: The tech landscape evolves rapidly. Keeping up with the latest trends and demands is crucial to staying relevant.
β’ Chasing Shortcuts: Thereβs no substitute for the hard work and persistence needed to truly master your craft.
β’ Pointing Fingers: Blaming managers, colleagues, or even your company only delays taking personal responsibility for growth.
β’ Avoiding Proof of Work in Public
β’ Learning Without Action: Absorbing knowledge without putting it into practice means your hard-earned lessons fade away.
β’ Resource Hoarding: Saving links, references, and tutorials without ever actually using them? Thatβs a fast track to underdevelopment.
How do you ensure you remain βunhirableβ as a tester?
It might sound counterintuitive, but hereβs a checklist of habits that could be sabotaging your career:
β’ Neglecting Your Craft: If youβre not constantly sharpening your skills, youβre setting yourself up for stagnation.
Before Gen AI, I was not able to find time to create these micro utils for my work.
Atleast not to the extent I do now.
βIdea to a quick prototypeβ has become a lot faster.
Code is no more a restriction (provided you understand reading it)
My micro util workflow:
Think - Prototype - Test - Use.
It is applicable to some coding tasks (regular code development).
For testers, it can be regular test code development.
Eg. Writing Scripts Based on Existing Scripts
(Redundant Nature of Work).
In day to day work, it helps me w/ quick micro utils by helping with building blocks and modification
If used wisely, you can use AI to automate the automation.
That's like 100x efficiency.
What needed a team of engineers can now be done quickly
(but the catch is you need to know what needs to be done)
And if you can learn like this, it will be 10x faster, and you can achieve success.
You can complete the portfolio project. You can start your blog.
You can articulate your thoughts on any learned topic with 10x clarity.
Apply your learnings or wait till they fade away.
Hereβs a harsh truth about learning:
Most of you're learning super slow. You will easily forget what you learned if you don't put it into action against real-world challenges.
When you put learning (theory) into action, the real learning happens!
1/2
Debugging a failing test is like navigating a narrow lane.
Each wrong turn leads to a dead end.
..and this list can go on and on...
Every tool has its own story, and every tester picks tools based on their context.
What are the novel tools you use to power your testing?
Letβs share and build a smarter testing ground together. Drop your favorites in reply! π
