The Broken Seal

This has been a good week for us! Our group got to meet up after the better part of a month, and I'm so glad we chose the #MistbornBoardGame from @brotherwisegames.bsky.social. No surprise, 5s from our group, and last night I went to my first #SWU meetup, and won 3 matches with constructed decks!

Okay, stream issues are fixed (hopefully) so we're gonna open another #CarboniteEdition of #StarWarsUnlimited tonight, in about an hour!

#StarWarsUnlimited #PreReleaseDay so I wanted to see what these Carbonite packs were like! I'll live stream it later today!

This weekend we took a trip down to Bisbee to just do something fun and different. Brought a duel deck for #MTG and the #StarWarsUnlimited learn to play. I immediately was reminded why I stopped playing MTG but really enjoyed SWU. I like having actions vs turns and the space vs ground arenas.

Phew. It's been a long ass day, and deciding to end it with a stream was a choice. But I've always had fun with this game, and tonight was no different. Really glad I added in the stretch goal content, added more fun!

Things are getting goofy with our audio

Jan was slow, coming out of holidays and all the drama they bring, plus my daughter's birthday mid Jan, brought gaming to a halt. #Unstoppable was there for me to get solo gaming in, #Wyrmspan was a date night my wife suggested, but I'm most glad that we all were able to play once together haha

#Altered #TrialByFrost literally showed up at my door and I immediately started unboxing!! In case you don't know, we're fans of Altered!

At some point I'll get better at telling people when I'll be streaming, but since I wasn't sure when these would be here, I had to wait.

The core definitive edition is the only game that I've made a point to go through, one by one, to see all the content. And at this point any mistakes between forgetting a plus or minus is just par for the course

I know, I'm talking about Unstoppable again. Finished our first, intentional, live stream today and had a blast, especially since I won!

When I was about 8 (29 years ago) I wanted to play Clue. My mom said yea, but our games were on a bookshelf, on top of a dresser, neither of which were secured to each other or the wall. So I climbed up and the bookcase fell, and when my mom came in to check on me all I said was "Can we still play?"

I actually just brought it back out today and finally won! I have a lot of good things to say about this game

Last week I started playing #Unstoppable and instantly got steamrolled. Tried a second match, and got the same result. Tried today with a new character and enemy, and finally won! This game is unique with it's card crafting/drafting mechanics, can't wait to see how it grows!

Got #Unstoppable by Renegade Games to the table for a solo game, which I haven't done in probably 1.5 years what with having a kid and all that. The game was absolutely fun, and absolutely brutal. The name is fitting haha.

This game was fantastic! We only got to okay the into chapter so far, but I've already got it setup for some solo play!

You know I hadn't looked at the new sheets, 5.5 or 5e 2024 has been so rocky I figured I'd just ignore it until it was here. But then I couldn't find the character sheets and chalked it up to another rocky moment
