Naaa not that lucky but this is what's inside 😁 it has a cherry keyboard and mouse pointer with ps2 connectors, a psu with +5v and +12v and a standard vga connector to the monitor. So 1 raspberry pi c64 coming up 😁

Today I've also been playing with Lego trains, finished building the #Maersk carrages

Went to a boot sale in Tunbridge Wells today. Was more designer gear and antiques than crap brown calculators and Dymo labellers. Did manage to pick these up for @tonyfishlock.bsky.social though. He seems quite happy with them 😄

Neither of us could be bothered to cook, so @tonyfishlock.bsky.social went down the chippie and ate by the beach. Great way to end the bank holiday weekend, but bloody hell it's cold out (we sat in the car, probably a good job too, felt a bit like I was cheating on judgemental seagull)😄

The Atari 800XL was at £40 but I got a little discount on that 😁

First one is this #Busicom 811DB. Was sold as non working, but @tonyfishlock.bsky.social gave it a hard stare and ... voila! Lovely green display. Look at that label on the back 😊

Bought an Aquarius MX board for it, and have been playing with the OS and loading a few games. Next on the list will be printing a replacement cartridge slot cover and making a cassette lead.

Last week @annierat1.bsky.social and I went on a little trip to the Bring n Byte sale at Centre for Computing History in Cambridge. Picked up this rather sweet #MattelAquarius, egged on by Lee of @morefunmakingit.bsky.social. Wasn't quite £40 😉, but still a bargain!
