Never seemed to watch This Country when it was first on the telly, but it’s consistently hilarious.

I like The Lobster Shack, around the other side of the harbour and down a road to the beach. Have taken the bike there, and cycled east towards Herne Bay/Reculver.

Yeah, Whitstable Spoons is nice - but always seems a shame not to eat/drink by the beach. The Bexhill Spoons is good, another old cinema, and had a real fire going when I was there.
