The rest of us have realised that is destructive and a waste of life and energy but I think racism at its core isn't actually about a belief people are lesser it's a self belief of superiority. Most dark feelings in life are intensely brutally selfish. Murder, rape, theft, it's about themselves

I think it can be as simple as they really enjoy being cruel. I think often when thinking about the illogical or emotionally or socially indefensible we forget these people feel intense pleasure from doing the bad they do. Like slowly crushing a snail under shoe and hearing the crunch.
