Are there open search engines I can start relying on? What's the best place to get information these days? Should I ask people out of the country to send me information? Email? Text? Are there newspapers or other information outlets I should subscribe to?

Looking for a map of Washington state with cities that show the 100 mile border zone. Alexa is already censoring my search (won't even pull up an article with author name etc) and all I can find on Google is that Spokane and Seattle are part of it. (Finally found something with some digging.)
