My fav thing is how his knife is ducktaped to his holster. I like to think Leon saw how Claire kept her knife on her shoulder in RE2 and adopted it himself.

I don't think it's the Iframes. I think it's the move's tracking. The part where the dash transforms into a punch seems to fizzle out. Maybe under certain conditions the tracking fails? Like how A&R's forward rush sometimes fails to click and you end up doing a similar spin around?

Eh... to be fair that was gaming in general back then... to an extend. Also they did give you the option to autoaim or not later. Some people prefer no autoaim exactly because they don't want that quick facing and prefer manual aim.

RE1 removing auto-aiming at enemies when you press the lock on for the western release was vile. That feature alone adds quite a bit to the tank control movement letting you reposition fast instead of dealing with the slow turnspeed.

Starting to write about games (and I guess stuff that I like) again is a double edged sword. On one side I stress out on stats for some reason, but I also got the satisfaction of just doing it for fun for once. Also being a nice creative outlet as well ofc.

First time I've heard someone complain about the knight's air time. I do keep forgetting that detail about the bishop's balls though. No wonder I can never learn how to RG them properly smh.
