Forgot to show the mousepad. I’ve had this same mousepad since I was 12 years old. Saw it in a catalog and recognized it as the painting in Picard’s ready room and begged my mom to order it for me. I’ve had to replace it a couple times over the years, been lucky to find it.

Current workspace. An LED randomizes gradients to set the mood for writing/editing comics. Only comics memorabillia on these walls around my desk, while the other walls are decorated with music memorabillia (and of course bookshelves of comics and more statues based on comics).

I have a lot of work to finish before tomorrow morning so naturally I’ve spent the last three hours thoroughly cleaning my workspace, bookshelves, floors, kitchen…

This is a shame. I mean, maybe it’s not, I don’t really know. But a long ass time ago I spent most of a year driving around the country and when there wasn’t Wi-Fi, there was AOL dialup. No matter what shitty remote motel I was in, AOL had a number that worked. A remarkable service in its day.

My idea for DISCO 5 is for them to record all those early songs the way they originally intended to, in that Bobby O hi NRG/electro style. Really minimal, gnarly sounds.

In my research I discovered the PSB don't have those releases on their official timeline either, so I presume they are not considered "canon." Personally, I LOVE the raw sound of those tracks, but I think they might be a turn-off for newer listeners who might be curious to try the playlist.

I've wanted to make a Batman/Green Arrow/The Question comic since I was literally a teenager. GA was my favorite character growing up. The Denny O'Neil/Denys Cowan Question book made a huge impact on me. I'm also really enjoying getting back to making comics! ARCADIA issue 1 is out in November.

You didn’t hear it from me… but this project has been a nightmare behind the scenes. The AI didn’t work so they’ve been working VFX artists around the clock to fix it, hemorrhaging $$ trying to make an impossible deadline just say hey look at how awesome this AI is.

Just drove past the Tesla Diner and felt the most hateful reaction to the huge line outside.

The 80s must have been grim for PSB collectors. The 7" and 12" formats often used the same artwork for different contents, I've collapsed those into iTunes "albums" with multiple discs, identified here by (Singles) as opposed to (12" Single) or (CD Single). The advent of UK's CD1/CD2 was a boon.

Finished assembling my digital collection of the Pet Shop Boys discography in the correct order with the correct artwork. This SHOULD be all the "main" releases. I did some artwork remastering and cropping to keep everything square. Now that I post it, I'm sure someone will point out a mistake.
