Nope, I'm a storyteller. Spelling is boring as fuck.

Who else is writing at 6 a.m.?
I'm in the Times today!
25.04.2025 18:41 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0All my life, people told me I was too sensitive and wrong in an attempt to change me. I tried so hard to follow their rules and fix myself to live up to their ideas of good and strong. It didn't work...
When I was finally able to embrace my sensitivities, differences, and needs instead, I ended up becoming a whole lot stronger. Some people still might not think so. But...
I think maybe they've just never seen strength like mine.
Much to say, but for now, hereβs something I made a while ago that felt hopeful and still doesββdespite. Letβs never stop fighting for a better world. #autism

Grapic of Mona Awad's novel Bunny next to a picture of a black and tan dog.
Yes, I did name my dog Bunny partly just so I could say, "I love you, Bunny" (Mona Awad). She's a literary gal. Plus, naming animals what they're not is my favorite.

08.04.2025 12:59 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Reminder that writing memoir is not cathartic. More like having an illness & the only recovery is pushing thru to other side. Or being haunted knowing you have a story you must tell. Or being the mush-goo of a whatever a caterpillar is in a chrysalis, hoping to Nature you get a butterfly.
