Learning new things! I have been teasing the neurons in my brain by learning braided patterns, and tried to find a good one for long woolly socks for myself. This one's far from perfect, but also looks very handmade and they will make me very happy ✨🌲#knitsky

Our very noisy neighbours did everyone a favour and moved out. After 5 months of little sleep, it feels like a miracle! 🎊 The building is suddenly so quiet, and I'm just now noticing that their noisiness was the source of nearly all my stress. Well, that and the PhD work, but that is kinda obvious 😬

These superwarm mittens will be finished in no time, since I've been ill all week. What a perfect time to get to do a lot of #knitting, and with the weather getting really cold at last! The mits are big enough to fit gloves underneath, so I won't be freezing any fingers this winter 🥰
