At 22, he’s the youngest elected in small CT town. He’ll handle millions of dollars. Amid divisiveness in his CT town that is evident on social media, Thomas Peters said, “I want to bring a sense of respect and decency to town hall…”

Agreed! I would love to see more partnerships too. Consideration for real-world constraints is hugely important! I particularly appreciated the recommendation about being explicit with timelines and working patterns—a practice I should definitely incorporate more of in my collaborations!
