It's surrealistic to see a government agency doing everything it can to undermine its own mandate to exist. The same thing is happening all over the Trump regime from the HHS to the DOE where Trump appointees appear to just be there to oversee the demise of the agency they are in charge of.

Just the first of many islands to be inundated because of climate change. All the while, many industrialized nations are doing their best to exacerbate the problem.
