I will reread the reviews again and write a review about them later. Maybe i misremembered the review of a perfect vacuum. I love the german translation of the book: die vollkommene leere.

At times he is critical about the reviews but it feels like he praises himself too much how great his ideas for books are. In german i would say. Er beweihräuchert sich zu sehr.

The review itself is also really strange lems writes the review from his perspective. So he thought about the book ideas then reviews these book ideas instead of writing the books because they are also pretty much impossible to write and reviews all the reviews in the book.

review of reviews of nonexistent books. starting with the review of the review of perfect vacuum that already reviews all the reviews in the book. this review spoils the stories too much. reading the book without knowing what the reviews are about makes the latter reviews a lot better.

I read Lems a perfect Vacuum some months ago and I love it so much. One theme that I think connects all the reviews together is authenticity and whats really real and what is false and what you want to believe is real.

What's kind of astonishing about Yudkowsky's Sequences is that, in what is probably the most important essay—["Privileging the Hypothesis"](https://www.readthesequences.com/Privileging-The-Hypothesis) —Yudkowsky notes that if you imagine a 32-bit hypothesis space for any given question, there are billions of possible answers. You are sifting through these as a kind of search to locate the correct hypothesis.
