The artistic freedom of game developers is fundamental to games as a cultural medium. Any restrictions improsed by payment service providers or games platforms must not exceed the legal limits. In Germany, thanks in part to the USK, clear, binding and established rules apply that must be adhered to. Furthermore, creative forms of expressions or certain themes in games, such as diversity, must not be targeted by individual interests or campaigns from particularly vocal groups, as is currently observed on Steam or itch.io. The terms and conditions of global payment service providers such as Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal must not conflict with European values such as freedom of expression or artistic freedom. We therefore call on the companies involved to design their rules and offerings in a manner that ensures complicance with applicable laws and prevents overblocking. Random Game Saturday entry. Picked this up recently but haven’t played it yet. Gotta love a holo-cover.

There’s something cathartic atm about ‘Punch’ and ‘high-five’ being only contexts for Bananza’s context-sensitive button.

I was the only person who showed up to a listening party for this album in DC the week before release, so the WB rep just gave me the promo CD.

I took it back to the rooftop of my apartment building, got incredibly high, and listened on my headphones.

Finally, I can post this video I've been hanging on to since somebody sent it to me.

Trying to get back to this after a couple of months away.

It seems like it should be an easy job, but scratching windows out is a long and hazardous process if you want them clean. I’m 95% there, but next up is some extensive touch-up before a sealing coat.

Worst game to play when the kids have just gone to bed? I’ll go first:

I’d speculate that deflectors are only active (by default) at warp speeds & duranium hulls make ships sufficiently durable to withstand sublight impacts. At least enough to not be worth expending power for aesthetics.

Then again, what happens to a dust particle when it hits a warp bubble!? 🤷‍♂️😄

We all like to think we’d have swaggered into the chair, issued the orders, and given Kirk a nod. But we’d all have shat ourselves like Harriman. I’m willing to bet he grew into the role, like all the best ‘uns. 🖖

There’s a lot of swearing right now while scraping out windows every time I slip and scratch the paint. It’ll look FINE after the touch ups and sealing coat.🤞

I always liked this one. The hubris, the regret, the far-reaching effects of big mistakes, plus the neat makeup. Maybe top 3 S1 episodes?
