A day at home. We were in Florida for a work event but of the 3 days, two were spent traveling. We made a deliberate decision to just take our time with the drive and enjoy it but it's still exhausting being away from home. And being in Florida.

Prey (sometimes Alien Prey) is an interesting 70s (so slightly earlier) mix of Performance and Vampyres. I haven't seen it in decades but I did remember enjoying it and I really need to see it again.

Saw a Cybertruck in FL advertising a self defense school called something like "You Wanna Bully Me?" and a guy passing said, "bro, you're bullying yourself driving a Cybertruck..."

We were in Daytona Beach. We're back home now though. 😆

I love that the DVD has the original overture included before the movie starts proper.

Now I have the amazing movie score swirling around in my head.

I love the different take on zombie lore. And the TV scenes are genuinely creepy. Considering it was basically shot at weekends with volunteers, it's better than half the big Hollywood movies I've seen recently.

Give this a watch. It's a great, very original take on the zombie genre.
