Just marking the passing of a year since the mammogram that triggered my breast cancer diagnosis, with another yearly screening mammogram. Not gonna lie, it hits differently this year. Praying for the "all clear" this time.

I'm so sorry. 😔 We live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where extreme trumpism has been on display with a large, weekly, truck and flag and gun parade for a year at least. It's so perplexing and scary.
