Lmao my 5’ 3”, athletic, Black build is v intimidating from feedback I’ve gotten. Sounds like those folks need therapy just like I did.
Which I absolutely told a supervisor once when they told me team mates found me intimidating and I needed to show them I needed them more by asking questions.
