it’s exhausting and i’m such a small creator in the whole scheme of things lol

you’ll get reminded REAL fast why you can’t base your worth and validation on other people’s opinions over you because you’ll constantly be miserable and riding a rollercoaster of approval and criticism and praise and insults-

the internet being your job really makes you have a different relationship with said internet and not in any of the ways i would’ve assumed it would beforehand.

It’s worse than “Gaza is being starved and destroyed and no one cares.” It’s that hundreds of millions *do* care and are powerless to stop it. We need a world where that can never happen, where the masses actually have political power.

Last I heard, there were about 40 THOUSAND nurses in Washington State alone not working in healthcare. We need better legally mandated staffing minimums & surge capacity in major hospitals.

That would force hospitals to entice nurses with better pay & benefits & working environments.
