There was a hint in 2024 that China's Carbon emissions had peaked due to their massive roll out of renewables, which continues. Now the data from the first half of 2025 confirms that CO2 emissions in China are decreasing. 🧪🔌💡☀️💨🌊🔋

Wooly language is always a back door to misuse and overreach in legislation, often left there deliberately so the government does not have to admit what it's doing and can claim it was unintended if it needs to cover it's arse
