Weird how a song can bring people to mind.

β€œI am titanium”

Turned out we aren’t.

Missing my friend.

No one is bullet proof.

Is this a public service mantra ?

β€œWith really, really good communications, you might be able to make people feel safe, even if they’re not.”

In NHS land see the missing piece ?

Informed consent.

4 big butter beans and 8 small beans on a pink rose table cloth. The sum total of the harvest.

Certainly have yet to experience a glut problem in the veggie growing department.

Telling a thirsty person to get water from the pump and the pump is broken is cruel.

As is telling staff to use policies that are fake and fraught with injury.

The term β€œsupport” can be a cover for a multitude of toxicities in a rancid workplace.

Regulatory bodies need to dig, not pat.

No one should be starved wilfully by others who hold the food.

It’s vile beyond evil.

There is very simply no point in directing staff to defunct policies.

It’s just trite to witter on about policies if they have already been proven to fail and harm.

Fix things.

Then advise staff.

There is nothing normal about starving fellow humans wilfully,
in a calculated act of horror.

Normalise this and there is a darkness descending of global consequence.

Managers directing people in the work place to use policies have an ethical obligation to ensure those olives are fit for purpose in :
- delivering outcomes
-not being damaging
- not precipitating suicidal thoughts for those utilising the policy and ensuring a malignant process

Vaccinate

Pay attention to exhaled virus - where they go and avoid inhaling.
Loads we can do

We were meant to be working together to eliminate.

Imagine - it was within reach. Let’s do that effort again.

Key differential. And a failing system conflates the two and covers up both.

The juxtaposition of drastic cuts to disability support benefits with the assisted dying bill should cause pause for reflection.

There is a hard rain alright.

Too many people fail to understand the role poverty plays in chronic illness.

Money can’t buy health or happiness, but a lack of money can make your health worse & life harder.

Universal healthcare & basic income would do more to create a healthier society than all the β€œwellness” in the world.

'Why the PIP cuts will push disabled people OUT of work' Disabled benefit is being cut to "encourage" the sick into work, says Fleet Street Fox. It will have the opposite effect

Why are we bullying disabled people?

Heck of tell regarding the core ethics of a government.

Being disabled is trouble enough without financial catastrophe.
