The term “support” can be a cover for a multitude of toxicities in a rancid workplace.

Regulatory bodies need to dig, not pat.

No one should be starved wilfully by others who hold the food.

It’s vile beyond evil.

There is very simply no point in directing staff to defunct policies.

It’s just trite to witter on about policies if they have already been proven to fail and harm.

Fix things.

Then advise staff.

There is nothing normal about starving fellow humans wilfully,

Normalise this and there is a darkness descending of global consequence.

Managers directing people in the work place to use policies have an ethical obligation to ensure those olives are fit for purpose in :
- delivering outcomes
-not being damaging
- not precipitating suicidal thoughts for those utilising the policy and ensuring a malignant process
