Hate to tell ya this but I didn't pay for XCopy at all, I used it to get it for free BITD.

I put so many hours into that back in the day. Cos my dad only had that one game.
It's just old, and designed for windows XP era PCs. I'm surprised it works at all :D
Besides, I prefer SpecBAS these days!
I am trying to make those four hours the best that I can, what else can I do?
01.10.2025 15:22 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That looks amazingly like the Commodore branded PC keyboard I had back in the very early 2000s!
Damn I miss that keyboard.
I gave Elden Ring a try and goddamn there's bloody boss fights every few steps you take. It's like Dark Souls all over again.
If ever a game needed a "skip the boss fight" button it's that one.
I push my head forward to look down, pull back to look up. Inverted for life

Garret, the main protagonist of the games is shown with a chef hat on, using a fire arrow to cook a deer leg - with other foods (in their original low-poly models) from the game shown scattered about.

Backups over wifipi FTW!
That was the exact screen I was presented with last night when my PiStorm SD card corrupted!
...still played a bit of lemmings though.
Honestly cannot wait to see if this one gets released :D

Yeah ultimately it was the FPS games that did for the Amiga - planar graphics couldn't keep up, and a workable Doom port was a long way off.
A lot of folks wonder what Amiga would have been had it not been killed off, but the PC revolution was unstoppable so ... probably it would have been a PC.
Back in... 92, tail end? I was working for an outfit that ran 286s and a handful of 386s. I had an Amiga 1000 which felt clunky and slow compared to them - until I ran Zool on the 386. And a few other games - then I realised that the Amiga had something they didn't :D
