So I'm sitting in my living room, waiting on my supervisor who I'm carpooling with, 10 minutes AFTER we're supposed to leave, and then bro texts me "maybe another 5 minutes, I'm feeling VERY unmotivated rn"

just got home from the Jacob Colliers concert in Santa Cruz and... that has to be the single greatest performance I have ever seen with my own two eyes... I'm going to be riding this high for weeks...

it's Taquería Los Pericos in Santa Cruz, but they have like 5 locations now across Santa Cruz and San Jose

so there's this one Mexican place in my home town that has the best burritos on planet earth and I've started a tradition of stopping there for a bit every time I'm home in california. none of the Mexican food in Rochester or Columbus is able to match this one place that's 10 minutes from my parents

sooooo the chip shortage seems to be hitting the auto industry like a truck. the upside is that I get a couple free 4 day weekends in the next couple weeks

walked in to my LGS on a Tuesday evening to find what seems to be... a senior citizen Warhammer league? there a bunch of people here who are all definitely 70+. didn't realize warhammer had an audience in the retirement villages.

one of the upsides of working for an automotive manufacturer is that it's a company policy that any time an employee is traveling for work (even if it's just an hour drive from the office) they are required to drive a company vehicle. on a side note, the newest Civic Sport is very fun to drive.

I love the entertainment that comes with being in a trans-inclusive college fraternity. one of our brothers recently had his top surgery, and the immediate reaction of several brothers (after congratulating him on his successful surgery) was to start a bidding war to buy his now removed tits.

I have once again made the grave mistake of starting to edit a magic deck and than all of a sudden it's past midnight...

at the climbing gym, my foot slipped off of a volume and my shin slammed straight into the corner. I got a real bad case of what I'd like to dub the "razor scooter special".

doing an all-day online training for work today that I'm able to take from home and there's something incredible about being able to not commute, snack on my favorite snacks while I'm working, and brew myself another cup of coffee during every single 5 minute break.
