While the rich complain about the poor being the problem in this world maybe they should look in the mirror and reflect on their own sad, sadistic, shifuckery lives.

NEW ZEALAND MENTIONED

Thiels backup country: www.justice.gov/epstein/file...

His island manager went to NZ, possibly because his partner is a kiwi? www.justice.gov/epstein/file...

Lot of currency stuff in there so thousands of mentions of New Zealand.

I'm still mad about this - see the full list of cut projects from the money taken from climate polluters, which would help adaptation and mitigation efforts of the recent weather events, including $900M from the Emergency Response Fund - now frittered away.

I cant stress this enough. Billion $ industry, helps clean CO2 out, 3x faster than pine, every molecule of the plant can be used on an industrial scale, and It will suck pollutants out of the environment like sponges.

I think she votes based on just vibes that reinforce what she already thinks ie she thinks all unemployed are lazy and should be made to pick up rubbish. Most research proves the opposite of what she thinks would work and she ignores it cause she thinks that can't possibly be true.

One of my workmates who is a swing voter thinks nationals latest polices are fantastic! She said they were common sense. Even thou they are just meanless slogans. She told me she votes based on policy I asked if she had looked at the Greens she said sort of but she didn't think it would work.

Patient who suffered seizure endures β€˜chaos’ in ED after major IT outage A major IT outage across multiple hospitals left patients facing long waits and renewed scrutiny of the health system’s fragile digital infrastructure

I don't think Simeon "code" Brown realises that a large number of the patient Mindray ECG/ ops and monitoring equipment is "wifi connected" which gives doctors and others real time data.
A criminal case if staff/ equipment fails while he purposely cuts funding

The government doesn't believe in climate change but the following things do:

- insurance companies
- saturation points for hillsides and maunga
- grieving families
- the rest of us

So, we’re NOT all the same are we David Seymour? Slaves deserve less human rights than non slaves, according to the ACT party, so effectively he’s blown up his whole β€˜Trojan horse plan’ to appeal to the masses, proving that not all psychopaths are geniusesπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ #nzpol #OneTermGovernment

β€˜Low-job, high-damage:’ Forestry not the great economic contributor it claims - report The paper’s findings have been rejected by the NZ Forestry Owner’s Association as β€œbiased”, β€œincomplete” and β€œnarrowly-framed”.

β€˜Forestry in Tairawhiti is a low-job, high-damage industry that survives by shitting billions of dollars of costs onto communities while exporting profits offshore.’

Forestry is far from the only industry to do this. #nzpol

A photo of luxon and willis, and text from a RNZ news piece:
In Budget 2024, Finance Minister Nicola Willis ended the ring-fencing of Emissions Trading Scheme revenue for the Climate Emergency Response Fund. The government also dismantled a $6 billion national resilience fund created after Cyclone Gabrielle, arguing resilience spending should instead be assessed through standard Budget processes. At the same time, scientific capacity has been reduced. NIWA has confirmed job cuts affecting climate modelling, physical oceanography and marine science roles, while the government discontinued Te Ara Paerangi - Future Pathways, a programme intended to strengthen the science system supporting long-term climate risk assessment.

Can't wait for Labour to look at the open political goal that is "NACT cut the $6bn climate resilience fund and replaced it with KFC, a photo op and a πŸ–•" and decisively kick themselves in the bollocks by suggesting they'd have brought some Pita Pit instead.

Then we have Winnie saying the $222M breakage fee was "reasonable" when breaking the iREX Ferry contract.

And it costs $3M PA for WHO🀦

Political speech is sacrosanct, & everyone is free to vote according to their beliefs. But what interests me as a researcher are responses to an NZ First tweet: defined by the white supremacy, & violent extremism signalled in them, *directly mirroring the Christchurch killer's manifesto*. #nzpol
