i know what you mean because i agree with you. however, where i differ is i do not think avoiding systems because of cultural implications is entirely productive, particularly if engaging with them in different ways is important to recontextualizing their use for acts of good.

the idea of finances aren't inherently bad and it's not something we can expect to just go away. you can use those skills to help smaller organizations, non-profit, charity, or community building efforts in which managing and facilitating balanced economics is incredibly important to their success.
