🍽️Brown gravy:
So easy. Chop 1/2 onion and 4-7 mushrooms depending how mushroomy you like it. No need to chop fine.
Caramelise the onions, about 10 minutes over low heat. Add the mushrooms and cook through. Add a teaspoon of Hoisin sauce.
