It doesn’t make sense, why wouldn’t a govt tax the wealthiest proportionally? They could get so many of their bills paid easily and efficiently. Why run after millions of middle and lower class folks when you could balance your budget with a handful of rich people. Wouldn’t even slow the rich down…

I think the peplum would make really nice use of the drape in the rayon. The sleeves in the Anthea might just look a bit flat…. They shine when they have some heft to poof up those gathers.

Only other suggestion I might make is the Remy Raglan from Sew House Seven, with the peplum and the big sleeves variation. I have some solid tencel saved for that Make….
