to no one shock the ACNH 3.0 update still has me in a chokehold and i’m having so much fun with the hotel rooms

i forgot literally all of my meds at home today, i did take my thyroid pill & my amlodipine but i am rawdogging the world without my brain meds todaaaay

being an adult means you get to reward yourself for getting groceries

part of my frustration lies in the fact that my new insurance means my meds are cheaper copays they’re only cheaper at certain location. plus i have a limited number of pharmacies that are in network for me to even get my meds. insurance literally doesn’t include all locations of the big chain ones

i will say that younger me deserves a fucking medal for somehow surviving by sheer force of will til 31 w/o a diagnosis and w/o meds. i also want to cry & hug her cuz no wonder felt younger!me felt i wanted to ☠️ back then. i want to cry after not having meds for just under 2 weeks this feeling SUCKS

i hate remembering how this felt. how it feels like my own brain is out of my control and i’m just constantly exhausted from working so hard to hide it from “adults” and working so hard to be functional.

i’m starting to lose interest/energy to even play video games or watch tv. over the weekend i just turned everything off at one point and left my brain and my weekends are just sleeping & resting which is good, because i need that but I. WANT. TO. DO. THINGS. I WANT TO LIVE MY LIFE.
