Theres preconfig setting. Be sure to check the readme and backup the original dxwrapper.ini file before you swap them out.

Its seems that it didn't extract properly then. Re-extract the game.

Hmm what OS are you running it on?
I noticed that Linux ignore's the DLLs and you have to set an argument in the launchpath to use the dlls in the folders

So I've made it so you can play maxed windowed.
I also have some pre-configs you can swap out.

So much work but, I think it was worth it!
I can't wait for you all to enjoy this update tomorrow.

So this is a 640*480 game however I think I found a nice little work around.

Its all prepatched. The read me is for the music mod that i left in so folks can read what unfinished business do .
You just need to run the megaman.exe and play.

Version 1.02 is now available. A LOT of adjustments and fixes were implemented for a smoother experience, better compatibility.

Please let me know how it turns out!

I'm still messing around with the dxwrapper.ini to see about more out the box settings for folks. So far, I've tried it on 4 different pcs and haven't gotten the slowdowns.
Till then try seeing us turning EnableVsync off will help.
