I've loved all 7 seasons of this show and Colangelo goes into depth on many of the reasons - the cast and crew do an excellent job of mixing the hilarious and the sincere in ways that just keep me coming back for more.

Dropout content feels good. The players care about each other and it shows.

Doorbell Camera Captures Woman Giving Birth in Parking Lot of Birth Center The midwife kept her cool as the baby slipped out, fell through the mother's shorts and landed safely in her hands.

I was suspicious too, but I found a news article dated 2020 that has a higher quality version of the video:

Alphatesting isn't used yet?

Or testiest or resolutest? Impolitest? Patientest?

I just ran an unseen words against "test", in case that's not obvious.

There's a lot more in 9: "No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

Bill of attainder declares a group of people guilty of a crime and punishes them without a trial. Ex post facto law punishes people for breaking the law before it was written.

Also bars titles of nobility. Ugh.

You're shopping at the wrong food trucks.

If the sign looks shiny and clean and like it came from a professional print shop, drive on by. The sign (if there is one) should be hand-painted, and ideally it's weathered to the point where you can barely read it through the UV damaged paint flakes.

Pretty sure I'm gonna quote that silly flash video until the day I die.

but knowing I have the motor there to help me if I go too far, or the hills are too steep, etc - that makes me more likely to go explore and turn down new roads, which keeps the ride interesting longer. I'm learning the area, waving to neighbors, getting fresh air. It's great.

Living in a town that's bike-friendly is so cool. The ebike has been fantastic at getting me out of my desk chair. I'm going out and exploring the town, running errands, etc.

Today I did 9.5 miles just turning down streets I don't know yet. I mostly keep the bike off or on the lowest setting,

The music didn't leave me humming any tunes on the way out, like I do when leaving a musical.

That said, the sets were fantastic, the performers and musicians were great, and that overwhelmingly magical feeling of the music carrying you away was present throughout.

Much fun. Would do again.

We saw our 1st opera last night. La Boheme at the Santa Fe Opera.

I'm a theater/music theater nerd, but somehow hadn't seen an Opera yet. The Santa Fe Opera House is just so pretty I had to go see something, and I figured I knew most of the story because Rent.

It was a neat experience.

RIP Tom Lehrer. Hard to complain when they make it to 97, but the world is a less funny place without you.

I really need a t-shirt with the phrase "please ban this account it's a t-shirt scammer" so that I can find all the t-shirt scammers to ban.

Yeah, honestly I loved it back when I was using it - pushing important notifications to my wrist was great when I was doing lots of in-office work.

Watch is much less disruptive than Phone.

I'm starting up a workout plan and wanted tracking, but a watch that obsoletes every few years is junk. :(

For the record, this isn't some off-brand garbage, it's a Samsung watch pairing to a Samsung phone. It pairs, but then tells me I can't use it because app updates won't provide a satisfactory experience.

I won't be buying another smart watch. This is dumb.

6 years ago, I spent almost $200 on a smart watch. I stopped wearing it very often, and hadn't bothered to pair it to the phone I got earlier this year.

I just tried, apparently my watch is no longer supported by my phone's OS.

That shit should be illegal. Defective obsolescence by design.

Continuing my foray into learning to do bike maintenance, I adjusted my brakes today. There was a slight rub on one of the disc brakes, just re-aligned the caliper on the mount and we're good to go.

I'm having a very good mechanical day.

It lives! Benchy, Totoro and a Kodama say the new hotend has kicked the printer back into fully functional battle station.

This morning I swapped out my Creality K1 max's hotend for a microswiss, which gets great reviews, mostly in reliability and ease of nozzle changes.

All tiny bolts tightened, now running self-checks. Will try a print if they all pass.

*crosses fingers*

Hell, I'd watch it twice.

I've never really been a garage sale person, but now I see why there's so much overlap between my game people and my garage sale people.

Visited a garage sale yesterday, left with 5 new games, having spent $5. One of them still had the cards inside shrink wrapped.

Suddenly thinks make more sense.

Seriously - I routinely see wait times of 4-6 months to see a specialist, sometimes longer. US Healthcare gets more expensive every year and we get less for it every year.
