Exactly- there was daylight - he released him. No idea why the ref needs to get involved. I understand why you’re happy but he just needs to keep out of it. Incidentally he knew he’d fucked up because he was going to let him off the second until Tuipuloto got involved.

He should never have been yellow carded earlier. Released him, got to his feet. Pretty simple really.
