Yeah, vacuum sealing and in the fridge will probably be your best bet. Unless you've got a root cellar, then waxing will serve you well. Waxed cheeses need to be kept a little warmer than fridge temp.

Alternatively, waxing cheese is an option, but that's only good for really low moisture cheeses, so you can run into issues with some younger medium-hard cheeses.

For storage for more than a week, wipe all surfaces with white vinegar soaked paper towel, then pat dry and vacuum seal. Hard cheeses like parmesan, etc, can be frozen for 3-6 months without issue. Just make sure when you thaw it to throw a dry paper towel in it's container to absorb any moisture.

A lot of your storage methods will change depending on the type of cheese. For soft cheeses, only buy what you're going to use within a week(ish), medium cheeses like cheddars, swiss, colby, etc; handle as little as possible when cutting, then wrap with cheese paper and store in the fridge.

Oblivion as itself is a fine game, but the remaster was...really poorly done. It's pretty common with a lot of remasters lately, run it through an upscaler and then wash your hands of it. A small amount of actual work and then raking in the $$. Do it right or not at all imo.

As long as they do a better job than they did with Oblivion.
