Doesn't help with the GYN exam problems, but y'all might also want to be aware that there are now Physical Therapists who are Certified Pelvic Floor Specialists. (I live in a poor, red, southern state but still had a choice among a few. While many OB-GYNs barely know what faschia *are,* etc.)

Absolutely. Sometimes we had a guest room, sometimes a pullout couch, sometimes a "pallet on the floor." Good Times!

For a few years in my childhood, when we still called divorcees "grass widows," my dad's brother's ex-wife moved cross-country to live with us. "She needs a home," was the only explanation. She sewed clothes for my Barbies (while cussing the tiny zips) and taught us to play poker.

Screenshot of an image advertising an episode of "60 Minutes," displayed on the screen of the Windows Snipping Tool. Annotations point to the sequence of capturing text out of an image using the build-in OCR tool.

At right of the image the sequence of commands is listed:
1. Snip the image.
2. Click the TEXT ACTIONS icon above the image.

When the image scan pops up another menu,
3. Click COPY ALL TEXT.

At lower right, an image of the pasted text shows the successful capture of all text that was in the image, including white font on photo background and some fine print.

PSA if you use Windows -=

The Snipping Tool has improved, & I think many folks haven't noticed. It now has an Optical Character Reader built in. Works for me on very fine print, print on visually confusing backgrounds, wrinkled scans, etc. (Pin it to your toolbar and you'll use it more often.)

And once you get it on your toolbar and remember to reach for it, it's now SO HANDY for OTR to copy text out of photos and other images!

Offering details beyond a headline offends them even more.

Yes - MANY Discussions!

Long ago, my hub said: Every man who sees Fatal Attraction should have to answer a quiz on the way out. "What was the moral of this story?" Any answer like, "Never give her your real name," and the guy should re-watch it with a remedial group.

Early generations of Methodists - AND of Baptists - would be gobsmacked and outraged to see today's Christian Nationalist authoritarian bullcrap.

Baptists were close to Quakers in their demands for freedom of conscience, separation of church & state, & bottom-up decision-making.

Don't we all need to respect his true biological identity?

Dude, if you could turn up a decent prescriber in or near Durham NC... A dear friend had no clue how terrible the pain-management transfer ordeal would be. (Sleep disorder since childhood, badly-healed joint break, etc. Now pancreas surgery is stalled until the pain coverage is sorted.)
