I've been thinking about this and while nobody's going to read this thread I have some real thoughts based on a decade of streaming.

I think we have a tendency to frame success as a cumulative work and not as the many parts that make it up.

I am getting so many emails about games coming out on the Switch 2.

I think I have more emails about Switch 2 games than demos for games this week. That is crazy.

I have already played 15 different games on stream in 2026/January. That is roughly 15% of my 2025 total.

I had my own version of a burnout in 2025 and limited my games to a career low of only 93 games streamed for the whole year.

I had a feeling I had snapped out of it as December went on. 😏

I watched all 3 of the Star Wars sequel trilogy again. I still like them. They still have the same flaws, they don't seem any worse or better to me. I do think I like the positive things more than before though.
