Kind of wild considering most are new. I get if you’ve had some particular experiences you might want to preserve your peace. My solution is not engaging with most teachers. I came here for books and writing etc.

Have you tried the soft head attachment too. I do like the heavy duty heads and theragun but for something more soothing the soft head is on a lighter setting is peerless.
