Speaking Grief | Documentary Speaking Grief is a public media initiative aimed at creating a more grief-aware society by validating the experience of grievers and helping to guide those who wish to support them.

I just finished watching the documentary “Speaking Grief” and cannot recommend it enough, especially for counseling professionals. Grief is a universal experience that we could all be better at. Also, their website has so many pertinent resources. #scchat speakinggrief.org/documentary

🙋‍♀️ - I was in Tulsa 3 weeks ago doing a school mental health training at Oklahoma State University. I hesitated at first but am so glad I went; the K-12 practitioners and professors were engaged, eager to learn, and fun to work with. I'd go back and yes, we need to do the hard work!
