I think the pandemic really screwed up socializing but the concept of low pressure drop on by has a lot of appeal and is a good step. Also telling people you really want to hang out.

It is utterly wild (yet also predictable) that Mary Wollstonecraft Godwin, with her academic and philosophical pedigree (and force of nature mother) would end up with a fuckboy like Shelley.

I’ve been illustrating Mary Shelley nuggets for the past month or so and this lovely piece of writing makes me want to take it on as a book because whooee every time you turn around there’s something delicious and heartbreaking…and also makes me want to see the film (obviously).
