I really feel like HBO or a streaming platform needs to pick up the rights to this show.
It would do an enormous amount of good to the relative uptightness of American culture.

It's an extremely roundabout way to say 'pre-existing conditions', so you know, penalizing people for -- existing.

Illustration by David Macaulay from "The Motel of Mysteries". The archeologist assistant is wearing "ceremonial jewels" taken from the "chamber" (different bathroom items). It is a parody of a famous photograph of Sophie Schliemann wearing ancient jewels (a big no-no btw, don't do that)
I think that most archaeology and history students are aware of "The Motel of Mysteries", a 1979 satirical book made by David Macaulay, set in the far future, in which an amateur archaeologist finds a preserved american motel room, but without any other context believes it to be a burial chamber.
