"Today I became a Canadian citizen" is not a sentence I'd ever have imagined a past-self utter, but here we are anyway.

It certainly has been interesting being an immigrant in a land where that word is not a pejorative (most of the time).

But mark my words: I will never say "surry" or "pro-cess'.

I have never bought this much film all at once, but also life is short. Also: the resting creative potential of 20 rolls is pretty dreamy - so much hope in there.

Some of my latest thinking on the prospect of the next four years of constant panic-inducing noise...time to dial up some happy spaces.

I don't know how many times we are going to have to remind folks of this - apparently a great deal of reminding is needed.

That is fine: we've got time to burn and battles to plan.
