It’s of note that during tonight’s hearing the DoJ didn’t even try to make the case that changing conditions on the ground in Portland warranted the CA National Guard. Instead they relied on legal technicalities. Proving again that what they say in court is different than lies they tell the public.

I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for my insensitive words on the air this week, at a time when the tension in this country is so high. Specifically, when I said, and I quote, “If I see a Black pilot, I'm going to be like, 'Boy, I hope he's qualified.'" Sometimes we can get carried away in the heat of a joke, but I realize now that saying “Prowling Blacks go around for fun to go target white people” was, well, probably a little over the top. For that, I’m sorry. I also regret calling saying “The great replacement strategy, which is well under way every single day in our southern border, is a strategy to replace white rural America with something different.” because after thinking about it, I did give Guillermo a job I could have given to a more deserving person, such as Brendan Schaub or Tom MacDonald. Once again, I apologize for all of the comments I made, which also include “Islam is the sword the left is using to slit the throat of America.”, “Reject feminism. Submit to your husband.”, and “We need to have a Nuremberg-style trial for every gender-affirming clinic doctor.” Anyone who would say such a thing has no place on a network owned by Disney.I will take this time away to figure out how to be funny without ruffling too many feathers.
