The IRS, USDS, and 18F teams were great—they did all the real work, while a bunch of us just worked to protect them. It was great work by everybody.

I have done this math and come to the same conclusion. You could get a lil cabin for like a grand, and it would be no faster. Theoretically you could ride a series of horses, pony express style, and it would be faster but with less snacks.

If you worked for 18F and got fired, Group together to start a consulting company.

It’s just a matter of time before DOGE needs you to fix the mess they inevitably create.

They will have to hire your company as a contractor to fix it. But on your terms.
