This isn't even touching on the fact that most town halls are held during millennial and gen z working hours because our generations are notoriously working second + third jobs to exist. We often don't get the typical "9-5" that boomers did. So, in person town halls aren't a viable option as much.

That's because there's a generational gap in how information is spread. Town halls are good for getting information to people who don't or won't access it via other avenues. Millennials + Gen Z have no problem using the internet and attending virtual, emailing, or calling. Boomers do more often.
