I’ll have to try that! I learned from a Julia Child episode to use salt and then rinse with cold water to get rid of the smell of onion and garlic, but it kind of hurts and dries my hands out. Coffee sounds fabulous.

Rewatched Trainspotting for the first time in over 25 years and it’s crazy how different it resonates. In memory, it was a movie about drugs and punk flavored anti-capitalism.

Now I see it as a dark comedy about shitty friendships.

Yes, indeed… The WNBA emphasizes fundamentals—sharp shooting, tight ball handling, and disciplined defense—within team-first strategies. In contrast, the NBA spotlights individual athleticism and one-on-one flair. I too see the WNBA’s style as a purer, more strategic form of basketball.

On episode 4 of S2 of Severance, Woe’s Hollow, and they’re all wearing the coolest black fur coats and hats. I want that to be my winter look.

Maybe wouldn’t even mind if that was my summer look.
