Wow! This is appalling. 2 years worth of extensive evidence ‘lost’ in our case, resulting in colossal detriment. Judge personally apologised, saying the court system had failed us, but offered no explanation. Now this!

It’s one of those doors that draws you in as if it has cast a spell. Decorative metalwork on the door at Selby Abbey, Yorkshire. This has to be one of my all time favourite doors. Worth waiting for the light to move around and frame it.

For example, Optum's data- driven products are being used in the NHS to remodel healthcare, allocate funds and workers, influence decisions about referrals and prescriptions, and predict which will be the most 'expensive', highest 'risk' patients). Palantir is another company that has supplied the NHS with technology to 'support ... patient/citizen risk scoring and stratification'.

I’m seeing a lot of the Clever Health Insider Commentariat doing a lot of brain waggling about the NHS England closure like “oooh who’s gonna make the decisions if we cut NHSE & ICBs” and it’s like they haven’t noticed where all the smart £ has been piling into for years (Optum=United Health, btw)
