Government Accountability Office would provide effectivity reports. Compliance required within 10 days. BlockBEARD (Block Bad Electronic Art & Recording Distributors) a bipartisan bill introduced in July 2025. - Amendment of copyright law which will allow the blocking of access to sites designated as locations of foreign digital piracy, with a broad definition of service providers that could include social media platforms, search engines, residential ISPs, DNS resolvers and VPNs.
