Spooktober

This year I'm focusing entirely on the underappreciated support acts of horror films. The animals. I'll be drawing some of my favourite horror films but only showing the animals that feature in them.

DAY ONE- RATS (NOSFERATU)

We genuinely say "that's gay" as a response to "I love you" so muchthat I'm worried one day one of us will be seriously injured and one of us will be crying "you can't die, I love you". The other will force out "that's...gay." and die.

There's a lot of stuff that comes from my rescue cat spending the first part of his life in isolation but the one that gets me on the daily is he doesn't do slow love blinks.
I don't why it breaks my heart so much 😭

my partner's character model on 7 days to die is so stunning the first time we met in game I couldn't speak properly.

I can still hardly look at her so I've stayed till 5am making fanart.

I've been trying for a while to make art about how I feel about the *gestures at world*
It's hard to draw the feeling of being full of both hope and incredible amounts of anger.

Tails off of Sonic is standing on one leg, grinning at the viewer, and giving two thumbs up. The text reads: "Tails says: I ate a bee!!!". Look, I've never drawn Tails before either, and hands are really hard anyway, and yes there is something of the Don Bluth to this, but cut me some slack, it's hard to get him to stay still for two seconds, let alone two minutes, what with all the sugar and bee venom

We found yesterday after a lot of tests that 2nd cat has extensive lung damage from an untreated condition from before we got him and also needs life long medication.
He's so lucky we love the socks off him.

Inherited nan's cat when the cats end of life care got too difficult
Moved cities
Our 1st LRP game sold out
family crisis
inherited a 2nd cat!
major health crisis
1st cat recovered!!!
running 1st LRP game in 5 days

New tattoo!
signature of my grandfather I never got to meet due to receiving tainted blood after a motor accident.
He was an artist, we were apparently very similar, talk the same, laugh the same, but the closest thing i have of him is a thumbprint on an old brush.

Now I have something even closer.
